I'm a mother of four. After my first born I suffered from stretch marks. I was devastated! I was a teenager so you can imagine I still wanted to show off my belly. Dealing with controlling mother- in- law

 I dealt with having to deal with a mother- in -law that was very controlling. To be honest she traumatized me. She preyed on the fact that my mother was deceased. Me and her son had to live with her a couple of times in our marriage. She treated me like a unwanted step child. She would call me lazy and blame things that I didn't know on the fact that my mother was deceased. My husband at the time sucked right into whatever she thought about me. He begin to treat me according to what she thought of me. I remember one time he brought me some $90 dollar Nikes. She thought it would be funny to wear them outside with no socks. She wore them as they were flip flops. So the back of the shoes was bent. I started to feel bullied. If I would approach my husband about her he would tell me I should stand up for myself. Deborah's Girls Story

I've been working on Deborah's Girls for about a year in a half. My sister Sharon has been encouraging me every step of the way. Recently we have been working together full time. We go out to different areas of Atlanta and share our mothers legacy. People would purchase a bracelet. After a week of my sister joining me full time we begin to come across divine connections. The devil was mad! We started to get rejected where ever we went. No sales at all! At that time we begin to question if we should be focusing on Deborah's Girls full time. I started sending our story to different networks. My first choice was Steve Harvey. I always dreamed of Sharing our story with him, He's very inspirational.  I then sent it to our local news station Fox 5 Atlanta. Here is what I submitted below, Hello, my name is Lashonda McNeil.
